God damn I am tired. I had my first Uni tute today, and it rocked. There are only about 7 people in my Journalism tute. Not only is that very cool, and will hopefully be the same next week, but I've got my favourite Journalism lecturer. Awesome.

Class only went over an hour today, but that was cool. I'm guessing that most the classes will be short this week, although I don't have many that are over 2 hours anyway unless we're counting tutes.

Tomorrow I have communications, and I'm a little bit nervous about it since I have never studied this before, but because it's about the media I should be fine. Or at least I hope so.

So far it doesn't look like I have Celeste in my Journo class, and I sure as hell hope the same thing applies for Communications, but guess what it will probably be a completely different situation. I know already I'm not going to know anyone in comm, but hey such is life.

I swear I could curl up and go to sleep, but might actually curl up and read the beginning of my study guide for communications. That or finish reading Madame Bovary. We will see.

I'm listening to "Throwing Copper" by Live. I love it. I forgot what an awesome album this was to. I love the song 'Lightning crashes'. It always touches the deepest core of me. I dunno, maybe because being woman it's something that you know can happen.

That and it's just gorgeous. It's the song that made me fall for Live. I wouldn't call myself their biggest fan, cause I can live without them but yeah it's just nice being able to listen to them again and go 'wow this is cool!'.

I've got to write the cover letter for the heritage job, and will hand that in tomorrow. It's apparently the floor above the Geelong library so I will check it out. Hey what could it hurt.

I should be at the gym, but I figure I will go tomorrow afternoon. My level's just suck today, and I've got to get back into sync with going to classes again so it won't matter so much if I don't exactly go too much this week. I know Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday I will be going anyway.

Just going to slowly ease back into it. I've been doing a lot of walking anyway, and as of today I am going to watch what I am eating.

I'm making beef and vegetable kebabs tonight on a bed of balsamic rice, which should be nice for a change.

It's not so much about going on a diet, as watching what I am eating, and hiking up my exercise. I figure if I work out for an hour three or four days a week then that's good enough for me.

Tomorrow is my dad's birthday. I actually almost forgot to send him a card, but when I went to get some glue for my concession card I realised that I didn't have one, and got one, wrote it out and sent it.

God knows that sister and brother of mine won't bother. They are charmers.

Hmmm I guess I had better go write my cover letter. I actually want to have a shower too, but might forgo that until it's time for me to go to bed.

rock n rolls people
